Paris Hilton has not denied her split from Doug Reinhardt after all – she says people misunderstood her previous Twitter message.

Earlier this week, it was claimed Paris and Doug had ended their relationship when Paris was seen partying in Las Vegas at the weekend.

Paris took to Twitter saying recent rumours were untrue: “Can’t a girl have a night out in Las Vegas with her sister, without fake stories being posted That story is a ridiculous lie. 100% FALSE.”

Tabloids presumed Hilton was speaking of her break-up, but yesterday the socialite revealed she actually meant stories romantically linking her to Kim Kardashian’s ex Reggie Bush – who had also been at the Las Vegas club.

“Obviously not everyone knew what I was referring to in my tweet yesterday. It was about the very untrue rumors regarding Reggie,” Tweeted Paris.

“Aside from being @ the same club, Reggie and I didn’t even say hi to each other. I was there with my sister and friends.”

No mention on the Doug rumours. Does this suggest the previous reports were true after all?
