Last month, Paris Hilton held a special party for sick kids at the Hilton family home in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles.

The socialite – with the help of sister Nicky and mother Kathy – partnered with Starlight Children’s Foundation to play and party with chronically and terminally ill children.

Speaking about their work for sick youngsters, Starlight spokeswoman Donna DeDario told Hello!: “It was a small, intimate gathering so they gave the children lots of one-on-one attention.

“They were so natural and welcoming, running around and playing games in their high heels.” DeDario added.
