According to Shannon, the tape – which Spencer Pratt has threatened to sell – was stolen by Pratt when he took her camera without permission, and she says she will sue him if he does try to sell the footage.

“There is a sex tape of me and Heidi,” Karissa confirmed to Radaronline. “”It’s just me and Heidi, that’s it.”

She added: “Spencer had no right to steal my camera.

“There are other things on there that I don’t want to come out, including the video of me and Heidi.”

Montag – who filed for divorce earlier this year – has recently become the subject of a sex tape scandal, which estranged husband Pratt claims he’ll sell if she doesn’t take him back and do a reality show with him.

Now Spencer has reportedly told TMZ that he’ll do anything to win his wife back, and wants them to go to relationship counseling together.

“Spencer still loves Heidi and is willing to do whatever it takes to stop the divorce,” one insider revealed.

“He even admitted to having ‘fame addiction’ and wants help for that too.

“Heidi is keen to work things out, despite all of the public drama he’s put her through recently.”

The busty blonde – who underwent 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day – says her estranged husband begged her not to have the work done, and their relationship deteriorated while she recovered from the operations.

“No one wants to be taking care of his wife who looks like she’d been in a horrific accident,” Montag told Life & Style magazine. “[He] begged [me] not to do it in the first place.”

Heidi added she’s now considering a permanent move to Costa Rica – as she feels she has nothing left in the States.

“I just really want to get out of Hollywood,” she explains. “I don’t have anything back home: no family, no friends.”

Montag recently revealed that she now regretted having had plastic surgery.

The latest gossip on the Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt X-rated home movie, is that Heidi has agreed to meet with Vivid Entertainment boss Steve Hirsch – who is in negotiaions with Spencer about buying the footage.

According to TMZ, Hirsch will meet with Montag later this week, as the reality star wants details about the sales figures for Kim Kardashian’s sex tape.

If Heidi’s happy with the numbers, it’s reported that she may be interested in working out a “back-end deal” if Vivid Entertainment are unable to offer her enough cash up front.

Earlier, Heidi insisted “there is no sex tape”. God knows what the truth is when it comes to these two!

The pair were videoed meeting up but quickly seperating and rushing off when they realised they were being filmed, in a video on TMZ.

However, Spencer and Heidi now say they had agreed to meet so he could bring her her puppies.

“I had to bring the puppies down and help them move in,” Pratt told People. “[Heidi] thought I was going to leave, but I’m not. I didn’t want to get divorced … I have nothing in Malibu, I’m homeless, I’m nothing without her.”

Montag confirms Spencer’s story, and claims she and Spencer were getting along up until he threatened to sell a sex tape of her.

“Everything was calm and going smoothly with the divorce. We were really getting along and it was amazing he was being so thoughtful to help me move. Then things turned,” said Heidi.

Hmmm…. Who knows what to believe with these two!

The Hills star says Spencer Pratt is making the alleged video footage up in order to get publicity.

“There is no sex tape that exists and there never was,” Heidi told People. “Spencer is trying to drum up press. This is exactly why I wanted to divorce him in the first place.”

However, Pratt is adamant that such a tape does exist – and says unless his wife agrees to make a reality show with him – he will sell the footage to Vivid Entertainment.

“I told Heidi … if you don’t want to do the new reality show with me, then I’ll have to release old footage.

“I can get $5 million from a sex tape, but I really don’t want to do that. It’s not the way I want things to be. Heidi is furious with me but I need to look out for myself.”

If there is no sex tape – why did Heidi tweet that she was “crying” after hearing of Spencer’s plans? Looks like he’s not the only one “trying to drum up press”.

Although Heidi has filed for divorce and Spencer is threatening to release a sex tape featuring himself, Heidi, and some footage of his estranged wife with playmate Karissa Shannon – it looks as though it could all be a publicity scheme after all.

In a video shot on Sunday (Aug22nd) obtained by TMZ, the pair are seen together at a resort in Costa Rica – but quickly seperate when they realise they’re being filmed, with Heidi making a quick getaway in a golf buggy.

According to TMZ, Spencer claims he was there to hand over two dogs to Heidi but she wanted nothing to do with him. However, the video proves otherwise.

Spencer also claims to have given Heidi an ultimatum – tear up the divorce papers and do a reality show with him, or he’ll release the XXX footage he has of her.

According to TMZ, Spencer happened to come across the tape of his estranged wife romping with Karissa while going through his things – and it was this discovery that prompted him to approach Vivid Entertainment about selling his “library” of XXX footage.

Karissa Shannon has reportedly admitted the tape exists, but is unsure whether Spencer does indeed have it or not.

However, if the tape does surface, Shannon has threatened to join Heidi in suing Spencer Pratt.

Yesterday, Karissa messaged Pratt on Twitter with a simple but straight to the point: “F**K YOU!!!!”

I think a lot of people will share her sentiment.

According to TMZ, Pratt (never has a name been more fitting) claims to have an “entire website’s” worth of footage, which “will knock Club Jenna (Jameson) out of the water.”

“When I realized how much Kim [Kardashian] was making, my logic is this is the best thing I can do for my ex-wife,” Spencer said.

“Kim is on the cover of Allure right now. Heidi isn’t on the cover of Allure.”

According to sources, porn company Vivid Entertainment do not think Spencer’s asking price is unreasonable.

According to Steve Hirsch, co-CEO of porn company Vivid Entertainment – the same company who distributed sex tapes of Kim Kardashian, Kendra Wilkinson and Montana Fishburne – Pratt has approached him to negotiate a price for the XXX home movie.

“I just got off the phone with Spencer Pratt about a sex tape with Heidi Montag,” Hirsch told TMZ.

“We are in early negotiations to possibly come to terms for a deal.”

Poor Heidi – who is threatening to take legal action if Spencer goes ahead with his book – told Twitter followers last night that she was in tears having heard the latest news.

“Crying. Please send me your prayers and love I need it!!!!!! Heading to bed it’s been a long day thank you all for your loving thoughts and words I love you.”
