Poor Zac! The Hollywood hunk had his home flooded due to bad weather.

22-year-old Efron woke up in his swanky $1 million property only to discover that heavy rainfall had flooded his outdoor pool – which then continued to spread into his house.

“While Zac slept, his swimming pool had overflowed and water seeped under exterior doors flooded the house.” A source close to the 17 Again hottie told the National Enquirer.

“Zac called his pool guy, who arrived with a pump and started directing water away from the property.

“He and some pals spent an entire day mopping out his house and sandbagging doors to block further flooding.

“Now Zac’s working with landscapers to design a better drainage set-up – and he just keeps thanking his lucky stars he was in town to stop further damage.”

And the bad luck didn’t end there, Efron’s garden was also wrecked in the downpour. “His backyard became a lake,” added the insider.
